Group and Private Classes

Whether you’re a complete beginner seeking to learn the basics of traditional percussive dances from Ireland, Scotland, or North America or an advanced dancer who wants to work on their practice, contact me and I will tailor a lesson to your needs. During the class, we can focus on learning step repertoires from various traditions (including Irish step dance and Sean-nós dance, old-style Irish dance, Québécois step dance, Cape Breton step dance, Scottish step dance, Ottawa-Valley step dance, Appalachian flatfooting, and tap dance), technique, efficiency, safe execution of movement, methods for improvisation, musicality and the dynamics of working with live music.

You will be learning in a safe and non-judgmental environment with an experienced tutor who has been teaching on a daily basis for the past 8 years.
